Did you ever slept in a Futon?

Possibly you may have borrowed a mattress if you had the experience to come to Japan. . . How about you?

If you slept in Futon, it is a good experience of Japanese cultures. In addition, you experienced sense of incongruity at the same time. Because Japanese spread Futon on a tatami mat. Therefore, Futon have elasticity unlike the mattress. Futon is the elasticity that is more firm than the mattress.

Good care of Futon, should be dry 1-2 times a month. It had better be dry it for 3-5 hours on the fine and beautiful day.

The purpose to dry the futon is to let moisture that piled up into the futon to be release.

Sun drying fits all futon. . . Feather Buton of Kake-buton is not suitable for it.

You please carry out this maintenance by all means if you want to try Japanese futon.
