We use our pillow every day. Pillows are always in contact with our body.
Therefore, its maintenance becomes very important.
That’s why we write about the maintenance of the pillow.
As for the Japanese traditional pillow, a husk of the soba called “Sobagara” is raw materials. There is a sterilization effect by drying the pillow to the sun.
Please never wash the pillow with water.

In Japan, it is said that the bamboo charcoal is good for health.　But, bamboo charcoal pillow is not a medical pillow. Therefore, as for the influence of it comes with the use of the pillow and the effects are different by the situation of people.
This pillow is superior in the dispersion of moisture. Therefore, the bamboo charcoal pillow absorbs more sweat during your sleep time than any other pillow.
About the maintenance, it is recommended to dry it to the sun too.

Did you ever slept in a Futon?

Possibly you may have borrowed a mattress if you had the experience to come to Japan. . . How about you?

If you slept in Futon, it is a good experience of Japanese cultures. In addition, you experienced sense of incongruity at the same time. Because Japanese spread Futon on a tatami mat. Therefore, Futon have elasticity unlike the mattress. Futon is the elasticity that is more firm than the mattress.

Futon which mixed chemical fibers such as the polyester with more than 50% cotton.
This will be futon used most in Japan and East Asia.
Other, Futon which used wool and a part of cotton. Futon which mixed 50% wool and fiber except the wool by the volume ratio.
Futon which it used 100% cotton was old Japanese general Futon. Unfortunately they are hardly produced now.
As for it, material and the price are certainly reflected.
The sense when people sleep will have nothing to do with the price.
The element which is important for futon is easiness of sleep of Futon. It is not only flexibility.
